please note, no matter the paper is single authored or multi-authored, if you would like to have the paper published in the proceedings, you need to pay registration fee US$400 for each paper. However, in case that the paper is multi-authored and more than one author would like to participate in the conference, each participant needs to pay the registration fee. Every registered participant will get a copy of conference proceedings in CD-ROM format and admission to all conference sessions, welcome lunches, and coffee breaks.

- To have your paper be published in BBENS proceedings in CD.
- Consideration of your paper for inclusion in the Journals, which cooperate with BBENS.

Flow of Registration
Once you receive the notification of acceptance, please choose the method of payment.
-Pay in your local bank (Account details will be sent to you with the notification of acceptance)
-Login your accoun at www.bbens.org with your email and password, to click to pay by your credit card.
-Please upload your final paper via <Upload> in your account after logging www.bbens.org.

Receipt
We will provide you the receipt of BBENS on conference site along with a certificate of attendance and participation.

Refund
Please note that if you need to cancel your registration for whatever reason, you must do so in writing by mailing bens@bbens.org. Registration cancellation subject to a USD100 service fee. Refunds will not be given after Final Paper Submission and Registration.
